Have you ever wanted to take on a Mud Run or Obstacle Course?

Spartan, Tough Mudder, Nuclear Races, The Elements, to name a few.

Then this programme is for you. We take a limited team of 10 people through this 3 month programme during which we will train you up not just on obstacle techniques but also strength and fitness. To end the programme the team will tackle an event like those mentioned above.


Experience level - we cater for someone who has never touched an obstacle as much as those who have a few races under their belt. There is a BIG emphasis on team work and self commitment.

There is a BIG emphasis on 'team' in this programme and on race day we only have two rules.

1) We move at the same rate as the slowest person.

2) We start as a team and we finish as a team.
